O Color Design（旧名: 装具色見本）
nokopi は Android アプリ「O Color Design」を無料で提供しています。このページは、本アプリが どのような情報を扱い、どこに置き、どこへ渡すのかを説明するものです。
要点 — 本アプリは、あなたの情報を開発者や第三者へ送信しません。 あなたが入力・取り込んだものはすべてあなたの端末の中に留まります。開発者はそれを受け取る 仕組みを持っていません。解析・広告・クラッシュレポートのライブラリは組み込んでいません。
本アプリが扱う情報
いずれも、あなたが操作したときだけ端末内に保存されます。

「アプリ専用の保存領域」とは、Android が本アプリのために確保した領域です。他のアプリから 読み取ることはできず、外部に送信されることもありません。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先・位置情報・端末の識別子といった情報を、 収集も送信もしません。アカウント登録もログインもありません。
氏名について
氏名は入力しなくても本アプリのすべての機能が使えます。入力は任意です。
ご注意 — 氏名は見本画像そのものに描き込まれ、保存する画像のファイル名にも使われます。 見本を他のアプリやサービスへ共有すると、氏名も一緒に渡ります。第三者の氏名（利用者や 患者の氏名など）を入力する場合は、その方の同意を得たうえで、共有先にご注意ください。 氏名を入れずに見本を作ることもできます。
保存と共有をしたときに起きること

ギャラリーに保存 — 見本の PNG があなたの端末の写真フォルダ

OColorDesign）に書き出されます。端末内での保存であり、どこにも送信されません。 ただし写真フォルダに置かれるため、写真へのアクセス権を持つ他のアプリからは見えるようになります。 - 他のアプリへ共有 — あなたが選んだアプリに見本の画像が渡ります。渡したあとの その画像の扱いは、共有先のアプリやサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。開発者は そこに関与できません。
端末の権限
- ストレージへの書き込み — Android 9 以下で、ギャラリーに保存するときにだけ 必要になります。Android 10 以降では不要です（要求しません）。
- 画像の選択 — 独自の装具を登録するときに、Android の標準のファイル選択画面で あなたが選んだ画像だけを読み取ります。写真全体へのアクセス権は要求しません。
- 位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・マイク・電話に関する権限は使いません。 インターネット通信の権限も宣言していませんので、アプリ自身がネットワークへ 接続することはありません。
第三者のサービス
本アプリには、解析ツール（Google Analytics、Firebase など）、広告、クラッシュレポートの ライブラリを一切組み込んでいません。関わる第三者は Google Play だけです。
- アプリ内アップデート — 新しいバージョンの有無を確認し、更新を案内するために Google Play の機能を使っています。この確認は端末の Google Play ストアが行うもので、 本アプリがあなたの情報を送るわけではありません。この通信には Google のプライバシーポリシーが 適用されます。
- 配布 — 本アプリは Google Play で配布しています。Google Play から インストールした場合、アプリが強制終了したときの技術情報（端末の機種、OS バージョン、 エラーの発生箇所など）が Google Play を通じて開発者に届くことがあります。これは Android の 標準の仕組みで、あなたの端末の「使用状況やデータの共有」設定に従います。この情報にあなたを 特定できるものは含まれず、あなたが入力した氏名や作った配色も含まれません。
Cookie とトラッキング
本アプリは Cookie を使いません。ウェブページを表示する仕組み（WebView）を持たず、 広告 ID などの識別子によるトラッキングも行いません。
データの削除
- 追加した色、作成した装具、保存した配色は、アプリの中からいつでも削除できます。
- アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリ専用の保存領域にあるデータ（氏名、取り込んだ画像、 保存した配色を含む）はすべて消えます。端末の設定からアプリのデータを削除しても同じです。
- ギャラリーに保存した画像はアンインストールしても残ります。不要な場合はご自身で削除して ください。
- 開発者はあなたのデータを保持していないため、開発者への削除依頼は必要ありません。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。そもそも本アプリには、年齢を問わずどなたの 情報も外部へ収集する仕組みがありません。

本アプリの機能が変わったときなど、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。更新した内容はこの ページに掲載します。

Privacy Policy
O Color Design (formerly: 装具色見本)
nokopi provides the Android app “O Color Design” free of charge. This page explains what information the app handles, where it is kept, and where it goes.
In short — this app does not send your information to the developer or to any third party. Everything you enter or import stays on your device. The developer has no means of receiving it. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting libraries.
Information the app handles
Each of these is stored on your device only, and only when you choose to do so.

“The app’s private storage” is an area Android reserves for this app. Other apps cannot read it, and nothing in it is transmitted anywhere.
The app does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, or device identifiers. There is no account and no sign-in.
About the name field
Entering a name is optional; every feature of the app works without it.
Please note — the name is drawn into the colour sample image itself, and is also used in the file name of the image you save. If you share a sample with another app or service, the name goes with it. If you enter someone else’s name (for example a client’s or a patient’s), please do so with their consent and take care where you share the image. You can also create samples without entering a name at all.
What happens when you save or share

Save to gallery — the sample is written as a PNG to your device’s photo
folder (
OColorDesign). This is a local save; nothing is transmitted. However, because it is placed in your photo folder, other apps that have access to your photos can see it. - Share to another app — the image is handed to the app you choose. From that point on, how the image is handled is governed by the privacy policy of the receiving app or service. The developer has no control over it.
Device permissions
- Storage write — required only on Android 9 and below, and only when saving to the gallery. Not needed, and not requested, on Android 10 and above.
- Selecting images — when you register your own device, the app reads only the images you pick in Android’s standard file picker. It does not request access to your whole photo library.
- The app uses no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or telephony permissions. It does not even declare the internet permission, so the app itself never connects to a network.
Third-party services
The app includes no analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), advertising, or crash-reporting libraries. The only third party involved is Google Play.
- In-app updates — the app uses a Google Play feature to check whether a newer version exists and to offer the update. That check is performed by the Google Play Store on your device; the app does not send your information as part of it. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to this communication.
- Distribution — the app is distributed through Google Play. If you installed it from Google Play, technical information about crashes (device model, OS version, where the error occurred) may reach the developer through Google Play. This is a standard Android mechanism and follows your device’s usage-and-diagnostics sharing setting. It contains nothing that identifies you, and none of the names you entered or schemes you created.
Cookies and tracking
The app does not use cookies. It has no WebView, and it does not track you using advertising IDs or similar identifiers.
Deleting your data
- Colours you added, devices you created, and schemes you saved can be deleted from within the app at any time.
- Uninstalling the app removes everything in its private storage, including entered names, imported images, and saved schemes. Clearing the app’s data from your device settings has the same effect.
- Images you saved to your gallery remain after uninstalling. Please delete them yourself if you no longer want them.
- The developer holds none of your data, so there is no need to request deletion from the developer.
Children’s privacy
This app is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. More fundamentally, the app has no mechanism for collecting anyone’s information, of any age, to any external destination.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example when the app’s features change. Any update will be posted on this page.
